1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website akwebs.in or utilizing our proprietary software platforms (NeuroFlow AgentOS, NexusRAG, VisionPulse, AgentOps), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and AKWebs (Sole Proprietorship of Anil Kumar Jangid, Kota, Rajasthan, India).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, TensorRT kernel wrappers, multi-agent consensus protocols, software SDKs, and visual assets developed by AKWebs remain the exclusive intellectual property of AKWebs and its founder Anil Kumar Jangid. Client data and proprietary vector indices generated during private instances remain strictly the client's sole property.
3. Acceptable Use of Autonomous Agents
You agree not to utilize AKWebs AI platforms to generate malicious code, conduct distributed denial of service attacks, violate international copyright, or execute unlawful activities. AKWebs reserves the right to enforce NeMo Guardrail policies to intercept non-compliant requests.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for enterprise evaluation and production deployments. AKWebs makes reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted microservice endpoints.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
